I didn't say druids were bad. I think my next class is going to be Druid. I'm going to try to take this Shaman to 60 though (E'Lise guffaws at the idea of me sticking with a character so long :D). I found a killer guild and I think that will help. There is a core group of IRL friends who started it and I found my way in. Everyone is mature and helpful; the guild channel is actually fun to participate in, and I want to get to know these people.

Druids are a geat SUPPORT class. They aren't good in solo pvp.

Jason contact me right away and let me know if Oct. 5-10 is better for you. I called a number of times but always goes straight to voicemail.

Druids actually don't seem to be very well oriented towards PvP. Most of the fights I've seen Druids win are when they just outlast their opponent by going to bear form and popping out to heal every once in a while. Try that.

Also, being lvl 30 sucks. Being lvl 32 sucks. And I hear it doesn't get any better until lvl 35.

Also, being a person who doesn't really know how to play her character against real people sucks. I just want to know how to defend myself. I thought druids would be good against most people, as long as they weren't more than a lvl above me. So far, I can't even kill a person 10 lvls lower than me.

Pathetic.

In an attempt not to think about all the crap I'm dealing with, I updated my "modeling" photo page and I thought you guys might want to see. Mike always likes telling me what works and what doesn't and Jason always likes pictures of pretty girls. (LOL) These are only from the first and fourth shoot because I have not recieved the prints from the second and third shoots I did within the last year, but I when I get them you will be able to see them.

I don't read for like a week and I miss so much!!

First, I KNEW you would propose to her. I totally called that one. TOTALLY.
Second, I get to come, right?

Third, what do you mean "don't worry about your other chacter?" I've been lvling all week!! But it's okay, I haven't touched my horde character at all. (I actually have 4 characters...) I was thinking about changing to a shaman because a bunch of my housemates were joking about being a group of shamans. I dunno yet.

Fourth, you're that excited, eh Mike? I don't even know anything this movie, but I'm sorta getting excited.

Fifth, Kenny and I celebrated 8 months on Tuesday. I've been living with him for 2.

And finally, sixth, I found out yesterday through some testing that I might have cancer. We can't be sure until the results come back, but the doctor said it didn't look good. I'm a little stressed.

I played my alt on Bronzebeard during the week for a few hours and got to level 7. This weekend I played my main on Ner'Zhul and went from 24 to 29 and I'll probably get 30 soon. Awseome! Now I can run away from all the jerk horde with my spify cheetah form! =)

I'm also an artisan herbalist and pretty high in the alchemy - I'm just waiting for level 35 for artisan - and I'm really popular in guild, because I guess I'm one of the only alchemists. Sweet!

Grinding is so boring though. I'm going to try to do a mix of questing and grinding this time. Grinding to speed up my advancement, and questing for good rewards and to break up the monotony. Hadrek is my character. I switched from mining/eng to mining/skinning, and made almost 1g in my first trip to the AH. I also got a bunch of UI mods, and while they certainly aren't neccessary to do well, they are convenient. I'll be gone most of this weekend.

Except my lvl 50 sumting rogue is horde. (Sigh) If I go back on WoW I would blow you away J but not because of spending more time on it. Though there is that too. It's because I discovered near the end of my time on WoW grinding as always in an MMO is THE way to experience and gold.

Grouping with people much higher lvl than you is bad Brat. No XP.

Alright. I made a new character. Human. Mage. Not a red head. Selan is the name. I have done NOTHING with that right now, but I'll play a little tonight after homework. This weekend will be better all around. I just have such a time crunch lately.

As for leveling, I'm slower than everyone because I prioritize WoW differently in my life. I just don't play daily. On the one hand it would be nice to have someone who is my level, but I also don't mind running with people who are higher than me because I can be protected. I guess I won't need that so much in PvE, eh?

Whatever works for you guys.

Just read on the WoW community site that Bliz is working on fee-based character transfers. It will be a little easier to get our main characters together after this.

Whatever classes you guys play, I'll be hitting 16 soon. I'm sure mike can catch up (and blow me away) pretty quick. If you're playing multiple characters Brit, what we could do is have a character that we only play when all three of us are online and grouping. They'd level really slowly, but no big deal.

Maybe we could be the rogue group? .....maybe not. I try to pick classes that I sorta understand and can play well. Being the passive healer type seems to be more my boat.

Wednesday was slightly better, but the broken water main at my house really puts a damper on things.

Tap dancing is so much fun!! Next I'll do jazz and then everyone can say I'm a stripper in training...yay? Not really. C'est la vie.

I should have mentioned also that the build uses swords. Yeah it solos well. Its great for grinding though the same creator of that build has another one purely for grinding which incidentally is a GREAT way to gain gold and experience faster than anything else. As for finding groups rogues are not sought after as much as warriors or priests so it's really just average. Though smart players will know the value of the sap at all levels.

Also worth a mention is that undead rogues like I used to be have will of the forsaken which makes them the best priest and mage killers in WoW.

Were you able to solo well with that build? And did you ever have trouble finding groups? Maybe I'll keep mining, ditch engineering (the grenades are fun but not neccessary) and take up skinning. Then I could make big cash and not have to farm so much for a mount.

I really don't want to play horde. I just like the feel of being alliance better, and I like their lower level locations better. I'm not a big fan of the long waits, but I'll just have to live with it. Maybe after playing alliance for a while I'll go back to horde. Tauren warriors in their huge armor are pretty badass.

Jason it's a game if it's not "working" out the point is not to stick with it. It's not like your married with kids to it or something in which yes you must be committed. Sadly no horde Brit. Which is too bad. It's nice how short the lines are for things like battlegrounds when you're horde. I also lovebeing the underdog. There is a build I can suggest J that I used and was very fun and very effective. Look for Osiris' Rogue Guide.

And just to make sure you're aware take it from someone that's used mining/engineering it's an absolute money sink. I wouldn't do it again with out a wealthy alt backing me up.

I'm going to try to make the Rogue work, with Engineering/Mining as profs. Any tips on builds mike? And I think 2 rogues might be cool if you wanted to play one again, because I plan on spending a lot of time in the battlegrounds. 2 Rogues would kill really quick. Priests rox0r too though, so its up to you.

Sorry J I just can't stop! As usual you've narrowed it down to basically every possible human class. LOL Well let me know what you both decide I'll choose whatever class will be the most helpful based on your guy's choices. I enjoyed being a rogue but no point in having two. It'd be nice to try priest. Everyone loves priests. It'd be nice to be loved.

Oh and thanks for clearing up what server you're on. ;-)

This is me COMPLETELY avoiding my math class while being in my math class. Whee!

Today sucks.

As for WoW...I wouldn't give up my elf with Kenny and all the people I live with and such, but I would start another character on a non PvP server...I'm playing less because I won't go many places without a lvl 50 or 60 escort. I'm not quick enough to fight back. My server isn't too bad actually. It's funny - sometimes horde and alliance help each other. People will ignore the other side, stuff like that.

If I joined another sever, I wouldn't mind trying horde. I could be a busty orc chick or something. I know NOTHING about being horde, but meh. I'm a newb all the way around, so whatever.

I still can't promise that I'll play everyday because of school, but I do play when I can.

Let me know when you boys decide. If you want to try alliance, I'll make a human just to be different. Maybe a dwarf. Meh.

Just when I think I'm out...
Well I have mixed feelings on WoW but I'll give it another shot if it means playing with some people I know. I suggest the server I used to play on. When I remember which one that is I'll let you know. I also highly suggest horde. Alliance is just TOO crowded but I know Brat probably wants a pretty little night elf and would have been terrified to run with my undead rogue. Id be willing to play Alliance just to see it from another side.

Also saw Wedding Crashers which is a very funny movie but I don't know why people told me it was funnier than 40 YOV. It's not.

I'm sick of getting PKed by people 2x my level in WoW. I don't know what server I'm moving to, or even which class I'll play, but I'm fucking done with PvP outside of the battlegrounds. Brit, let me know if you're interested in moving to a new server, and Mike if you want to come back to WoW it'd be great to play with you again. I'm going to try to get my cousin to come with me.
