I'm glad you found a place Mike. Today on impulse I bought Counterstrike Condition Zero, and I'm not sorry I did. It is thorougly average. I think of it as paying for what, 5 years of free Counterstrike? Probably the game that I've logged most hours in. The Penny Arcade Expo was awesome. I got to see some Halo 2, and play some other games, including the beta for Halflife 2's Counterstrike. I also got to watch the first season of Red vs Blue in a theater full of nerds, and I was exhausted afterwards from laughing so hard. "YOU TEAM KILLING FUCKTARD!!!" nearly killed me from lack of breathing. The music was awesome too, if you like classic nintendo games look into the Minibosses. Anyway, time to go play some more CZ. I hope you all are doing as well as I am.

Oh, and I'm done painting now.

Oh, and the movie Hero wasn't as good as I thought it would be. To be fair I was expecting another Crouching Tiger.

Just to keep you all updated I DID find a room to rent and am completely set up to be living there. I've seen it, met the owner, paid the deposit and all that good stuff and now I just need to move my stuff into it (on the 4th) I will pay the first month's rent and be living there for at least a few months. To head off any questions its about 560 every month including utilities which include high speed internet. It's a good size room, good size closet, window, private bathroom, full kitchen privileges, hardwood floors (some peopke like that) and was by far the best room/deal I saw. The owner is a good guy not like some of the people I met. Taqi aka Tom buys homes and rents the rooms for profit. This current home is in Warm Springs not far from where I used to live. Just a few minutes really. The neighborhood is very nice and the house could look nice too it's just in a state of disrepair (an old woman lived there and never maintained anything) but he's doing some work on it and it's coming along nicely.

Congratulations Jaysen you are almost singlehandedly conquering the World of Etheria in Warlords IV. I don't recommend buying it but one of the good features is you can put powerful units/heros into your retinue and bring them over from one battle to the next. You can also rename them. Thus my favorite knightly hero became first Prince Jaysen then Paladin Jaysen (since his special ability is Heal and he's a knight hero) and finally Paladin Lord Jaysen second in command of the forces of the Sirian Knights right hand of the Warlord Paladin Mikael Coridai which currently occupies more than half the known world. He is level 25 (very high) and currently destroys enemy capitals and their occupying warlords pretty much singlehandedly. He also has some very powerful equipment like Mithril Mail and Albion's Shield. So keep up the good work.

Speaking of games I think I will get Fable. I was on the fence but the previews have been very favorable and I need something to tide me over till Halo 2 which I preordered in full for the special collectors box. You may now drool in envy J.

Everyone call my cell phone 559-676-4371 at some time when I wont answer it. Listen to my voicemail and lemme know what ya think. Oh yes I can access my voicemail now (couldn't before) and I will at some point get it switched to a 510 area code.

I will be 21 Sept. 10th. Gifts are always appreciated of course but not neccessary. I'll settle for the pleasure of your company. I don't work Thursday or Friday but I will be with my family those days (maybe just 1) for my birthday and to pick up some things to move into my room. But when Im moving into my room on Friday feel free to tag along if you'd like to know my current residence in the world. That was another great thing about this room. Guests are allowed unlike a few places I looked at. Even overnight ones so don't worry about that.

Let me clarify. My major is music, which in pretty much every sense is math. Therefore, my major is math or at least, math related.

So, math is my mortal enemy. Always has been, always will be. My major is math. Ironic much? I think so. Whatever. So, even though I hate math, I have to deal with it like everyone else.

This semester I'm finishing up the math I should have got through during my freshman year of high school. Huh. I'm a 3rd year college student...anyway. I'm doing well, even if I don't understand it most of the time. However, not only am I trying to get myself through math, now I am sitting next to a woman that I have somehow ended up tutoring through the class. You'd think I'd hate this because it is volunteering to do more math when I already hate what math I have, but here is my payment:

She is friends with the manager of THE GOO GOO DOLLS. My favorite band. And she going to try to "hook me up" so that I can meet them or something. Even if I don't meet them, it is cool feeling knowing that I know someone who knows someone who knows them. :) (I know, I'm a dork.)

I was just running up the hill near my house when a car drove by and a girl in it screamed as they were beside me. It wasn't a frightened scream, but sounded more like the kind of scream girls give when the band steps out on stage. I like to think I was the inspiration of that scream.

I liked AVP quite a bit. I haven't seen any of the original Predator movies though, so I was out of the loop on predator details. Whatever. I was rooting for the aliens the whole time anyway. I am going to give a lot less detail than Munky cause I don't know who hasn't seen it and may still want to without knowing what happens. Overall, I really liked and was entertained. The guys I went with picked it to pieces and liked it, but weren't crazy about it. I saw Garden State today and LOVED it. Really. Well disguised chick flick, but still a chick flick. I'm getting more and more into independent films. Or indpendent looking films...

My parents are officially married. The whole shindig went well and I even managed to score a date at the last second. I ended up bringing Shannon, who is my friend, but also my manager at the box office. It was fun and I think she had a good time. It doesn't feel any different at home excpet that we have more dishes to wash (gifts), a few new board games (yay), and I met some nifty people. They are leaving for their honeymoon on Monday, I think. Won't be back for THREE WEEKS (god damn them). So, uh, yeah? Party at my place? Kidding. I have no life.

Classes started Monday. Lets just say I'm not the happiest person about that...

Collateral was DAMN good. And you spelled Manchurian Candidate right J. I got my paycheck Thursday. I thought it'd be around 600 but was about 700. W00t! Plus I'm still owed another paycheck (their behind cause they bridged my pay and seniority which took awhile) which should be about 350. I make 10.75 an hour. Life is GOOD! Except my being sick with a very sore throat and nothing for it but nasty green Nyquil.

The wedding is today, in three hours or so. I overslept though. Oh well. The summer bash at Sandra's is also happening this weekend. BUSY me. School starts Monday and it is enough to make me want to commit suicide, but I won't.

Collateral was really good. I saw I, Robot too and really liked it. I haven't seen The Village or The Manchurian Candidate (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) yet...those might have to wait for video. I see Alien vs. Predator tomorrow. I'm excited. So much so that without ever seeing a Predator movie, I was able to have long detailed dreams about them hunting me and some friends last night. I'm rooting for the aliens. Boo ya, grandma!

PARTY AT SARAH'S NEW PLACE!!! Haha, me... party. Anyway... I just saw Collateral and it's a damn good movie. Tom Cruise is a total badass and the story is cool too.

The parent's wedding is in THREE days, counting today, and I am going insane. We don't have flowers yet. I finally found a gift yesterday. My dad's making a music CD right now. There is so much left to do. God damn, I am tired of weddings. I didn't want to think about it before, but now I'm really burnt out on it.

I'm getting pretty pathetic. E'Lise has spent the last several weekends here with me, and for the last two my parents have been away so it's been just the two of us alone. It's so relaxing being able to do whatever we want: sleep in forever, eat at odd hours. Yesterday we went to Friday Harbor, which was not very relaxing but still lots of fun. The pathetic part comes when its time to take her home. I feel like I'm saying good bye for a year, and its very hard. She's gonna ruin me, and I'm gonna love every minute of it.

You can go to the beach alone late at night but not a country music concert? Oh well. You didn't miss anything. It was country music after all.

Back from Idaho. I da ho? No. You da ho. I've heard that SO MUCH it's ridiculous. Only contact I came in with potatoes was in potato salad. I didn't see a single potato farm. Wasn't too disappointed. The trip was fun. I'm glad I went. There was drama and mishaps, but all in all, I had fun. The Goo Goo Dolls concert last night was INCREDIBLE. The best show I've ever seen with them. And they played two of my most favorite songs live, which I had never heard before. YAY!

BoyzIIMen on Sunday. Inubus with Sparta on Monday. Woot. I would have seen Tim McGraw tonight, but my friend Sara couldn't make it and I didn't want to go alone. Oh well. Another time. Yay for concerts.
